How does Winnow work?
Instead of building a profile, you have a short voice conversation with us — about ten minutes. We listen to how you connect, then introduce you to one match at a time, with a photo and a short note about why we think you’ll click.
Why do I have to talk instead of filling out a profile?
Because people aren’t profiles. How you tell a story, your sense of humor, the way a conversation flows — that’s what real compatibility is built on, and it’s what we listen for.
What happens to my voice recording?
We use it to understand how you connect and to find compatible matches. We don’t sell your recordings and we don’t share them with other members. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Why only one match at a time?
Endless swiping turns people into a feed. We’d rather give you one thoughtful introduction at a time, so you can actually focus on getting to know someone.
Is Winnow available on Android?
Winnow is on iOS today, and Android is coming soon. Want us to let you know when it’s ready? Email hello@winnow.one.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime from within the app. If you have trouble, email hello@winnow.one and we’ll take care of it.
How do I report someone or get help with safety?
Your safety comes first. You can report a match from within the app, or email us at hello@winnow.one and we’ll respond as a priority.
